About our business

We are a medium sized building company, building mainly in
Hout Bay, Constantia, Noordhoek,  Llandudno and Camps Bay.
We focus primarily on timber frame homes, but have extensive
experience building in the traditional brick and plaster method.
Mr Michelsen (owner) has 25 years experience building luxury
timber frame homes and restaurants in 15 states in the USA,
Mr Michelsen is on the board of the Timber Frame Builders
Association for Training and Education.

Contracts for 2007/8 include 12 homes in a private security  
estate in Hout Bay, 4 homes in a private security estate in
Noordhoek, 2 private homes in Hout Bay, 6 homes in a private
security estate in Constantia, a hotel in Hout Bay and a
retail/apartment block in Hout Bay.
